Engagements & method · 4 questions
How Visian
works.
From a few weeks of framing to a 12-month build — the method and the rituals.
Q10What types of engagement does Visian offer?
Three horizons:
- Strategic framing, a few weeks, data vision and trajectory.
- Design & build, 3 to 12 months, architecture, platform, products.
- Operation & handover, lasting execution, transfer to internal teams.
Visian also offers
three packaged AI offerings, Cost-killing, Performance, New business — three business levers activated by AI, built on a single technical foundation (stack, dedicated MCPs, support).
Q11What is the average length of an engagement?
Engagements last on average 6 to 9 months ; build programmes run from 3 to 12 months. The AI offerings start with a short framing before launching the right workstream.
Q12Does Visian work only in Paris?
No. The head office is in Paris (Tour Europlaza, La Défense) and a secondary office in Marseille, but engagements take place all over France and Europe. Hybrid working: regular client presence, remote for technical phases.
Q13How does a first conversation work?
30 minutes, no commitment. Understanding the context, identifying the right contact, then proposing — or not — a framing. Visian would rather say no than sell a pointless engagement. Contact:

Q19What is frugal AI?
Frugal AI means designing artificial-intelligence systems that maximise their usefulness while minimising their resource consumption (compute, energy, data).
