How Visian collects, uses and protects your personal data.

Data controller

The controller of personal data collected on the visian.tech site is Visian, whose registered office is at Tour Europlaza, 19th floor, 20 Avenue André Prothin, 92400 Courbevoie.

Data collected

Visian only collects the data strictly necessary to process your request. Via the contact form:

  • Identity, first name, last name.
  • Contact details, work email address.
  • Company, organisation name (optional).
  • Subject & message, content freely entered by the sender.

No sensitive data is requested. The site does not carry out profiling or resell data.

Purposes

The data is used exclusively to:

  • respond to contact, framing or recruitment requests;
  • identify the right contact within Visian;
  • follow up on the commercial exchange or application.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent of the person when they submit the form, and on Visian'slegitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing its prospect / candidate relationships.

Retention period

Prospecting data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact. Unsuccessful applications are kept for a maximum of 2 years, unless the person concerned objects, in line with CNIL (French data protection authority) recommendations.

Recipients

The data is intended solely for Visian's internal teams authorised to handle the request. The contact form is routed via the email delivery provider FormSubmit, acting as a processor for the technical transmission of the message only. No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data:

  • the right toaccess, to rectification anderasure ;
  • the right to restriction andobjection to processing;
  • the right to portability of your data.

Cookies

The visian.tech site does not use advertising cookies. With the visitor's consent, audience measurement cookies Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) are set to measure traffic and improve content. No measurement cookie is set if consent is refused or no choice is made.

The choice is kept for 6 months, then asked again. Google Analytics cookies last up to 13 months. The choice can be changed at any time via the Manage cookieslink in the footer.

Measurement data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
